2507 Duplex Stainless Steel.2507 IS A FERRITIC AUSTENITIC (DUAL phase) STAINLESS steel WITH EXCELLENT RESISTANCE to point corrosion, CREvice corrosion and uniform corrosion.2507 is a ferritic austenitic (dual phase) stainless steel that combines many of the most beneficial properties of ferritic and austenitic steels. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content of the steel, it has excellent resistance to point corrosion, crevices and uniform corrosion. The dual phase microstructure ensures that the steel has high resistance to stress corrosion rupture and high mechanical strength.
1.4529 Super Corrosion-Resistant Steel
1.4529 Super Corrosion-Resistant Steel is very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in halide medium and acidic environment containing sulfhydrine, can effectively resist chloride stress corrosion, also has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing medium, good stability, mechanical properties slightly better than 904L, can be used for -196 to 400℃ pressure vessel manufacturing.
904L Super Corrosion-Resistant Steel
904L Super Corrosion-Resistant Steel containing 14.0-18.0% chromium, 24.0-26.0% nickel, 4.5% molybdenum. 904L super austenitic stainless steel is a low carbon high nickel, molybdenum austenitic stainless steel, the introduction of France H·S company proprietary materials. It has good activation-passivation transformation ability, excellent corrosion resistance, good corrosion resistance in non-oxidizing acids such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid, good pitting resistance in neutral chloride ion medium, and good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion. It is suitable for various concentrations of sulfuric acid below 70℃, resistant to any concentration and any temperature of acetic acid under atmospheric pressure, and corrosion resistance in the mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid is also very good.
317L Austenitic Stainless Steel
317L Austenitic Stainless Steel is more resistant to chemical corrosion than conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel such as alloy 304. In addition, compared with conventional stainless steel, 317L alloy has higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance. It is low carbon grade or L grade, which is resistant to sensitization during welding and heat treatment.
